Subscription Terms

The subscription

Offerstep is a paid subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. The plan, the price and the renewal date are shown on the payment page before you pay.

If your plan starts with a trial, the length of the trial and the price after it are shown before you pay. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues automatically at the shown price.

Prices are in US dollars and may include applicable taxes. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect, so that you can cancel first.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in Settings, or by writing to support@offerstep.co.

Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies: if you ask within 7 days of a charge, we refund it in full.

Your data

Cancelling does not delete your data — your resumes stay in your account in case you come back. Deleting your account is separate and is described in the Privacy Policy.
